What is your return policy?
* We offer a 14 days return guarantee of all merchandise free of accidental damage (merchandise must be in new condition). All original packaging materials (warranty cards, manuals, and accessories) must be included with all returned shipments. * Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. * All claims of shortages, damages, etc. must be made within five days of receipt of the merchandise. * If you experience a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department at 786-985-7817 or by email at aydstore@yahoo.com. * Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. * Unwanted merchandise may be returned with prior authorization only! Call customer service at 786-985-7817 or contact us via email at aydstore@yahoo.com for a return authorization number. * All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Authorization number (RMA #). Refused Delivery: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling. Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense (shipping cost) within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be issued. A store credit will be converted to a refund, less shipping and handling, when the customer contacts customer service.

What is the delivery time for orders?
All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 days). The delivery time depends upon the shipping method, the destination, and the size of the delivery. (Usually 3 - 5 business days)

We only collect sales tax for the state of Florida

Which Shipping method do you offer?
The available shipping methods are FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Order and Personal Check. You can register with Paypal and/or Google checkout securely pay with all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. In addition, you may also pay via your bank account through Paypal.

What is your privacy policy?
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. provided by the customer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Securely paying through Paypal ensures that financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
