1.1 This User Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and AYD "Electronic" Store. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not access, browse or purchase from the store.

4. Transactions between Buyers and AYD "Electronic" Store
4.1 Through the Site, this is an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between buyers and AYD "Electronic" Store of products and services.
We do not release your personal information to third parties. However, AYD "Electronic" Store may disclose the User's identity and contact information, if we suspect that the buyer used another consumer's credit card, identity, etc. fraudulently. We will also release such information if requested by a government or law enforcement body, an injured third party, or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and AYD "Electronic" Store shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and User agrees not to bring any action or claim against AYD "Electronic" Store for such disclosure.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
6. Claims & Returns
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 5 business days of the package being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a package arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy AYD "Electronic" Store will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
If merchandise is disposed of before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by e-mail (email@example.com). Claims can also be made via the telephone. Our customer service number is 786-985-7817
6.1 Refused Shipment/Bad Address
In the event a carrier returns a package due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges are non-refundable.
